Airpods: Size XS still too big

I bought the new Airpods second generation to my sister (30 years old) because this time it included size XS and she usually has problems with pods. She must have tiny ears, cause the new airpods are falling everytime she smiles, walks, moves her head.

Any solution for this case?

Hi aidapv22,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! You try the Ear Tip Fit Test that may help. The steps below can walk you through:

Choose your AirPods Pro ear tips and use the Ear Tip Fit Test

If you're not sure about the fit, try the Ear Tip Fit Test
You can use the Ear Tip Fit Test if you're not sure that you're getting the best possible sound quality and noise cancellation. Choose a comfortable fit with a good seal.
1. With your AirPods Pro in your ears and connected to your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the More Info button  next to your AirPods in the list of devices.
3. Tap Ear Tip Fit Test. If you don't see the Ear Tip Fit Test, make sure that you have iOS or iPadOS 13.2 or later.
4. Tap Continue, then tap the Play button .
If the test suggests adjusting or trying a different ear tip, try adjusting your AirPods Pro and testing again. Then try a different size. You might need different sizes for your left and right ears.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
