Trying to access Google on my iPhone 11 and get a message that says "server cannot process request because it is malformed. It should not be tried again. That's all we know."

However, I am able to access Google on my laptop and desk top.

Hey jam5073,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Are you accessing Google using the Safari Browser? Let's restart the device by following the steps below or in here: Restart your iPhone.

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

If you continue to get the message in Safari, follow the steps here: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Take care.
