Lost my I Phone and find my phone is off

If find my iPhone is off there is nothing more Apple can help you with.

There are some guidelines here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

You can report it missing to your carrier, and local law enforcement

Click here for information; in addition, post notices around where it got lost, and if applicable, contact the Lost & Found department of the facility involved.

Since Find My is off, nobody on these boards or at Apple can do either of those.
