Can’t sign in to my apple Mac book air

Just got computer fixed, set it back up signed in a few days ago no problem now till not let me sign on with finger touch or password and no opinions for forgot password

Troubleshooting Mac User Passwords:

Reset the Log In Password:

Reset it using the login screen. You'd go through your Apple ID to perform this. Find out more here: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support. Make sure that caps lock is not enabled when typing it.
