How do unpair apple watch with the old iPhone if it has been wiped and the new iPhone doesn't recognize the apple watch

I need to pair my Apple watch with my new iPhone 14 Pro except I forgot to unpair my Apple watch with my old iPhone 11 Pro and it has since been wiped.

Apple Watch Ultra, watchOS 9

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
