How to sync my contacts
My iPhone got smashed and I cannot use it. I put sim card in this gooogle phone. My contacts won't sync and I desperately need for work

Are you using a Google Pixel? If so, follow the steps below or in this Google Support article: Can't transfer data to a new Pixel phone.
1. Make sure all your contacts are in iCloud.
2. Export your contacts from icloud.com as a vCard file.
3. Import your contacts to Gmail. Learn how to add, move, or import contacts.
4. After you copy your contacts, you'll see them in your communication apps on your Pixel phone.
vCards contain contact information for one or more contacts. To create the vCard file that mentioned in number 2, follow the steps below or in this article: Import or export a vCard in Contacts on iCloud.com.
1. In Contacts on iCloud.com, select one or more contacts in the contacts list.
2. Clickin the sidebar, then choose Export vCard.
If you select multiple contacts, Contacts exports a single vCard containing all of them.
Tip: You can export all your contacts as a single vCard and use it as a backup.
