Change Watch Faces for Compass App

In the Compass chapter of the Apple Watch watchOS 9.1 User Guide in the Books app — https://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewBook?id=6442854652 — the three watch faces bellow appear for the Compass app. It opens with the face on the left. However I cannot figure out how to change to the face in the middle or the right. Pressing down on the face and swishing sideways doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas how to reach the face in the right?

Thanks, Ben. On a re-read I realized those were presentations controlled by the Compass app and not separate watch faces. I wanted a watch face on which I could add complexities with an assortment of data so I modified a face as indicated below. It will do fine.
