Weird behavior with audio and screen on iphone 7

Hi all,

I just started experiencing some weird things on my iPhone 7, looked everywhere but didn't find nothing like it. Everything is up to date, using now iOS 15.7.3. This behavior started all of a sudden, no update or anything like that.

First it started with whatsapp, I was unable to send voice messages, pressing the mic icon did nothing on the app, it said that was unable to record my voice, like it was not able to access the mic. Updated the app, checked the mic was allowed for whats... all OK. Just realized that is the iPhone mic not working, can't record voice on other apps or use Siri.

I connect the headphones, the ones that came with the phone, via lightning and they are not recognized, nothing happens, the music still sound through the phone speakers.

At the same time, with calls, mic and also speakers doesn't work, cant hear and at the other side can't hear me, BUT the music works OK, also youtube and other stuff works just fine, it's only calls, whatsapp and other messaging apps like Telegram and Signal. Tried several things I saw like disabling voice over on accessibility... nothing.

I reset the phone and everything looks back to normal... until at some point same thing happens, can't send voice messages, can't call...

And the last one is when I receive a call, the phone rings but the screen still black, can't see who is calling, but I'm able to unlock the phone, the screen shows the app icons is as if nobody was calling me but the phone still ringing and vibrating.

Also once experienced some cracking sounds on a call, and also when recording a video, only happened once. And the last thing is that looking into configuration the screen touch stop working and I had to force reset on the phone to have all back to normal.

Anyone has any idea what's happening to my phone? Is it just dying?
