Can’t send email from Pages

Hi-I am having trouble sending an email document (PDF) from pages on my iPad. I’ve tried probably 10 times over two days, and it simply will not go. I’ve done all of the updates and the last update I did on my iPad changed the formatting of different things on my iPad including iBooks. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with it? My Internet is working fine and I have no trouble emailing in general on my iPad. Help!
