Ventura Causing Many Issues

Mac M1 Studio Ultra 128GB RAM Ventura 13.1: At least 3 times a week Airmail Pro freezes when emptying the trash. At least 3 times a week my desktop wallpaper shrinks in size and the Dock disappears causing me to reboot. Yesterday the Mac shutdown was interrupted when Capture One 23 opened by itself. I had to use Force Quit to shutdown the app and the computer. Last week, while reviewing and moving files from the CFExpress card to My Documents, I received an error message stating the card wasn't unmounted properly. There was no attempt to remove the card from the reader. Routinely, while viewing and moving more than 100 RAW or JPG files from the CFExpress or SDXC card, I'll receive an error message stating all the files couldn't be moved with error code 8058. I performed a clean install twice in the last 3 weeks, format the NVMe card and. with a bootable USB C, install Ventura 13.1. Didn't help. The problems persist. Today I ran diagnostics using Apple.s server. I received ADP000 no issues. So, there are no hardware issues. That means the problems are caused by Ventura. I didn't build and overclock a new PC for Windows 11 and came over to Apple instead to use Capture One 23 without issues and I get this. I bought this machine November 2022.

The user may consider using the first 6 Steps below or Skip to step 7 right away

Choice is the users'.

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

3 - Does the issue present in this mode ?

4 - Sometimes a Safe Boot followed by a Normal Boot will just put things right.

5 - If not - there could be something in the main User Account playing up. To further isolate this - Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac. Then log out of the Main User account and log into the dummy account and test again if the issue persists.

6 - If the issue is present in the dummy account - then, this appears to be a System Wide issue on the computer.

7 - Download the Application Etrecheck directly from the Developer.

This is a Diagnostic Tool that makes no changes to the computer.

It makes a coherent and readable inventory of both the Hardware and Software used on the computer

The application is free or paid from added features.

Users choice but running in Safe Mode for days on end is really not needed.

Running in Safe Mode is only intended to the first step in Trouble Shooting.

If while in Safe Mode, the issue is not presented, that may indicate that some piece of Third Party Software or Third Party Kernel Extension has been installed and causing this computer issue.

Yes, I'm aware of that. I am familiar with troubleshooting techniques albeit on Windows machines, but this is the first step. One issue you already occurred last night. A dictation request popped up while viewing RAW files already on the machine. It remained on the display for approximately 30 seconds and then it was gone. I've used safe mode before to see if I would receive an error message while moving RAW and JPG files from an SDXC card to the computer. I did. I need to give this a few days to see what else, if anything, occurs before I move on to the next step. I've got time. I've got nowhere to race to except another job, when it pops up. I'm an electrical contractor in NYC.
