We recommend you try the steps in the link below since you cannot update apps on your iPhone.

1) Manually update the app
2) Add a payment method
3) Resolve a problem with your payment method
4) Prioritize the download
5) Restart your device
We recommend the steps above because they will show you what to do if you have an issue when you update or download apps from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
If you’re still experiencing the same issue, we'd recommend removing the app and installing it again, as it appears you've had previous Apple ID's created on your device. If the app was downloaded using a different Apple ID than the one you currently are using, it would need to be reinstalled under that Apple ID:
