If anyone may have had sight, or knowledge, of your iPad Passcode, you would be well advised to change it immediately. Likewise, you should change your AppleID Password as soon as possible - as your AppleID account is the gateway to everything “Apple”.

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Likewise, if any of your account Passwords stored in your Keychain may have been accessed, in particular account credentials for banking or other financial institutions, these should be changed as quickly as possible. If you note any unexpected financial activity, inform your bank(s) immediately.
