How can I check my recovery contacts

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. Looking over, Set up an account recovery contact - Apple Support and confirming on an iPhone and Mac, if you follow the path to set up a recovery contact, you can also see who is an active recovery contact for you already.

On your iOS or iPadOS device with iOS 15 or later installed:

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap your Name
3. Select Password and Security
4. Tap Account Recovery

On your Mac with macOS Monterey or later installed:

1. Select Apple Menu ()
2. Choose System Settings or System Preferences
3. Select Apple ID
4. Click Password and Security
5. Choose Manage next to Account Recovery
