iPhone 13 in SOS mode…maybe because of huge ice storm here locally?
My iPhone 13 has been stuck in SOS mode for 24 hours now. I have performed every single task recommended by this community (Vol up + Vol down + side button hard reboot, Airplane mode on and off, reset network settings, etc.)
My carrier says there are no outages in my area, BUT, we are at the end of a three-day ice storm of huge proportions that has snapped big oak trees in half, taking power lines down with them. Could my SOS mode be my carrier’s fault and not my 6-month-old phone that has never been dropped or damaged in any way? I can’t call them to ask questions. I can, however, text and FaceTime just fine, which is weird to me. I just can’t make or receive audio calls.
Help? I appreciate everyone in this community!
