My iPhone is disabled

My Iphone is disabled and I made a new Apple ID because I dont know my old one can I use my IC?. Can I use my IC to get my disabled turn off

Refer to this document for various methods (depending upon your equipment configuration) that you can use to enable your iPhone again: If you see an iPhone or iPad unavailable message or Security Lockout screen - Apple Support


You will very likely need the same Apple ID that you used to sign into the phone in the first place. Either that or you will have to place a request to Apple to reset the device.

This document tells you the various ways you can try to discover your forgotten Apple ID --> If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support Note that typically this is an email address you use.


This document outlines what to do If you forgot your Apple ID password --> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
