stuck keys

I recently had a case of sticky keys on my 14 inch Macbook Pro (2021). I decided to deal with it directly and took off about 15 of my keys and cleaned them as well as the hinges beneath. Everything went perfectly for about 10 of the keys, they popped back on fine, but for a few of them, when I try to place them down, they latch and get stuck all the way in the down position and wont spring up. It doesn't seem any angle or method of me putting it on will fix it. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
