If you want to send scheduled messages, you can do it with an automation in the Shortcuts app.

1. Open the Shorcut app.

2. Select Automation at the bottom.

3. Select Create Personal Automations, or "+" in the top right corner.

4. Select Time of Day

5. Choose which time of day the message should be sent.

6. Select Daily if you want to send the message every day.

7. Press "Next" and select Send Message.

8. Write the message in the message field and select one or more recipients of the message.

9. Press "Next" and disable Ask Before Running for full automation. Press OK and done.

Yes, then you just choose Weekly, instead of Daily. In Weekly, you just choose to exclude Saturday and Sunday. Then you will only receive messages from Monday to Friday.
