Ipad stuck on siri suggestion

Perform a forced-restart of your iPad:

• On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
• On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Hold down power and home button it will restart

As my Ipad was completely unresponsive, I let the battery drain and then recharged and restarted the device. This solution was successful with no loss of data. 😊

I directed Siri to ‘power off’ the iPad. That it did and then I rebooted.

I just pressed the power button for the siri pop up and said power off ipad, then you just put in your passcode. Then manually hit power off.

Well, obviously a forced restart doesn’t work or we wouldn’t be here!

Does anyone have a solution?

Do you wait for a few days until the battery goes flat?

I’m having the same issue and can’t force restart. Any tips? Did you just let the battery on it die?

My iPad has stuck on home page with Siri suggestions. I can turn it on and off but it won’t clear. I cannot turn power off
