I had the same issue.
In Finder Go to users, you, Libraries, LaunchAgents and delete what is related to Amazon ;)
Go to System Settings, General, Login Items and turn off the AMZN LLC background feature.
Apps often install supporting files that launch when the Mac is booted. That's even if the application has been deleted. So to find and remove those supporting files do the following:
Find Any File can help in removing leftover components of apps that have been deleted. Do the following:
#1 - boot into Safe Mode according to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
#2 - download and run the shareware app Find Any File to search for any files with the application's or the developer's name in the file name. For CleanMyMac software you'd do the following search(es):
1 - Name contains pace
2 - Name contains safeness
Any files that are found can be dragged from the search results window to the Desktop or Trash bin in the Dock for deletion.
FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders, system folders and packages.
#3 - reboot normally.
if it was me then I would stop the Amazon app and make sure it was not auto started

Did you restart your computer? It stopped on mine after I re-booted.

First, there is no reason to ever install or run any 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus, VPN or security apps on your Mac. This documents describe what you need to know and do in order to protect your Mac: Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community and Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.
There are no known viruses, i.e. self propagating, for Macs. There are, however, adware and malware which require the user to install although unwittingly most of the time thru sneaky links, etc.
Anti Virus developers try to group all types as viruses into their ad campaigns of fear. They do a poor job of the detecting and isolating the adware and malware. Since there are no viruses these apps use up a lot of system resources searching for what is non-existent and adversely affect system and app performance.
There is one app, Malwarebytes, which was developed by a long time contributor to these forums and a highly respected member of the computer security community, that is designed solely to seek out adware and known malware and remove it. The free version is more than adequate for most users.
With that it's recommended that you uninstall according to the developer's instructions SafeNet, PACE Anti-Piracy and BitTorrent software. One should not use BitTorrent to download apps for sites that are not the developer's site. All to often the installer will include malware or adware.
Also, unless you're using a true VPN tunnel, such as between you and your employer, school or bank's servers, they are useless from a privacy standpoint. Read these two articles: Public VPN's are anything but private and Former Malware Distributor Kape Technologies Now Owns ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, Private Internet Access, Zenmate, and a Collection of VPN “Review” Websites.

That's a helpful thread. Thank you. Seems it is a bug that Apple needs to address. The "warnings" are not really warnings, but they appear to be, so Apple needs to stop this messaging.
What I do want to know is what an Amazon related app could be. I'm not aware of downloading any such thing. The only app I can find for a Mac is the Amazon Prime movie app, but I don't have that on my Mac. The "warning" maybe innocuous, but still interested to know why I have this thing installed.
Thanks. Here's the report. It's long! I see it's warning me that I allow apps from non Apple approved developers, which I think is okay as some legit apps are not officially approved. It also suggests that Apple Security is disabled, but when I check, it isn't, so that's confusing, but not really related to this thing anyway. Just interested in what Etrecheck is telling me otherwise.
I'm not aware that I have installed any third party cleaning or optimizing apps. Are you seeing something I'm not aware of (or forgot!)? I did used to have a memory cleaning app, but not anymore. I do have a VPN, but that is something I do need to use at times.
I do have anti-piracy software because it is necessary for a professional app I use. Without the software, it would not run. Having said that, I believe PACE is related to Pro Tools, which I no longer use, but not sure if that's doing any harm now.
Appreciate the links about protecting from malware, but really what I want to know is if Etrecheck is showing that I have malware or any other issues. Is it showing anything else of concern or related to "AMZN mobile LLC"?
What is AMZN mobile LLC?
