iPhone 14 Home Screen blur

My iPhone 14 has the standard Home Screen but intermittently goes blurry!

I’ve googled & various sites say to customise turn blur off in wallpaper but I don’t have that option only customise

iPhone 14, iOS 16

To solve the problem go to Settings, Wallpaper and on the current wallpaper tap the Customize button on the bottom of the Home Screen (the one on the right). There on the bottom right you should see a drop underneath which it says Blur. Tap on the drop.
