Blurry Wallpapers

I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iOS 16. My wallpaper I’ve been using for years is fine on the lock screen is fine but on the home screen it’s blurred. The same for every wallpaper. I’m stumped & can’t figure out what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated.
