Transfer a physical SIM or eSIM on your previous iPhone to an eSIM on your new iPhone after setup

  1. On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
  2. Choose a cellular plan to transfer from another device. ...
  3. Check for instructions on your previous iPhone to confirm the transfer.

Remove the SIM card from your device then use reset all settings. open>settings>general>scrolldown, your general screen then>transfer or Reset iPhone and click reset all settings. Then register Esimcard when you activate it (Esimcard) try to put your old SIM card back in your device when you make sure Esim card is active. I hope this information helps you.
