I can't set off the "do not disturb" option in settings menu

Today I've discovered the moon icon on my screen. The phone its set to "do not disturb" in settings but NO schedule is set nor there is no option tab marked on green. How can I deselect (or mark as off) this focus -do not disturb-feature?

iPhone 8, iOS 16

Turn On/Off feature still exists with variety of other options. Simply Tap to On and Off.

Please pull down the control Center and watch the fun. See the pic below which is self-explanatory.
