The amazing spiderman 2 by Gameloft

When I try to open the app now, it just says downloading profile and anytime I go offline it works, but has none of my saved progress. Plus I did spend some money on the game so I don't want to lose it. And even before that, anytime I clicked on something, be it the shop, or skills, it all's ways said network connection error. I am always connected to the internet. Maybe the problem is that I downloaded it in Muscat on a different iPad. I don't get it.

Or maybe it was the way I downloaded it back. I signed in to my old apple id which I bought the game with. I went to the app store, went to purchased, selected not on this iPad, and saw it. Then re-downloaded. If someone knows what to do about the game, please help.
