Came across this process on my 2019 iMac Ventura 13.2 and would like to know if it is a valid process and what it is used for. I am concerned that it may be a bogus service.

Seems to be something to do with Xcode iOS Simulators. Are you using Xcode? I don't think the service is a problem.
