Sxm app

I am having difficulty with siriusxm app on iPad Pro. The app loads but when I select any genre such as sports, music, etc. the app abruptly closes. The same account works perfectly on phone or Mac; problem is only on iPad Pro. The iPad is updated, has been shut down and restarted multiple times, app has been deleted and reinstalled multiple times, but no luck. Thank you for any insights

The problem may be iPad model and/or iPadOS version specific.


If deleting and re-installing the App does not resolve the issue, you would be best advised to seek assistance from the App Developer.

After deleting the App from the iPad, it is generally recommended that you perform a forced-restart of the iPad prior to reinstalling the App from the App Store.
