Here is the email with the solution:
ear Nancy,
Thank you for your reply.
We are going to set up the permission on a different way.
Please follow up this steps:
Reset Mac OS security permissions:
- First, I want to make sure your tablet is connected directly to your computer.
- Now, go to Apple Menu>System Settings>Privacy and Security
- Under Privacy, select Accessibility and first switch off any Wacom related items you see on the list to the right.
- Now, remove each of the Wacom items in Accessibility, clicking on the minus (-) button underneath (this will request for your computer's password.)
- Next, again under Privacy, locate Input Monitoring and repeat the previous steps to first switch off , then remove any and all Wacom items listed. (Bear in mind that not all computers will need these particular permissions, so please skip ahead if nothing is listed here for Wacom in Input Monitoring.)
- Close the System Settings window to save the changes.
- Now disconnect your tablet from the computer and restart the computer.
- Once you log back in your computer, you will still get some warning messages, please leave them aside, connect the tablet and hover the pen over the tablet. It might not work at this time but it will help to trigger the needed permissions request.
- Please go again to System Settings> Privacy and Security.
- Locate Accessibility and switch on again the Wacom items that are rebuilt.
- Locate Input Monitoring and also switch on the rebuilt Wacom items if any. At this point, you will get a message asking you to quit and reopen a process, please select Quit now. (Again, please skip ahead if nothing is listed here for Wacom.)
If you still have any other error, please reply back the error or take a screen shot of it to see what else we can do for you.
Thank you for choosing Wacom. If you still need more help, please reply back this email or contact us again.
Edgar.
