Call confirmation

I am not sure why apple does not have a two step call procedure that other providers have made standard. It is irritating for both the caller and the calley to be called just because you touch a recent or favorite number. I have eliminated my favorites because of this problem. Seems easy enough to fix and give the option for two step calling.

Accidental calling When you click by accident on a person in Recent tab it instantly dials that person. Even though when I click the stop call button immediately (like less then a second). That person then always calls back because he's got a missed call. I think this is just poor user experience design. Why can't there be a 1 second delay or at least and option to activate that? Now don't reply with the usual answer that I shouldn't click on it 😫. That's just not listening to your users. Any way to confirm a call before actually calling it, when you call from you contact list ? The phone environment should not be for you to be careful. These days, from children to old people use phones. These environments should be developed, even when you are not careful, the system should keep you away from dialing by mistake. look at this example, when you go to your contacts, and call one of them and talk and say goodbye. You are about to hang up the call and your contact does it a fraction of a second before you. At that precise moment, you can not stop the inertia of the finger on the way to the red button. Suddenly the dial screen disappears and the contacts screen appears because was in the background, and you call someone else by mistake is there any way to avoid this ? I am convinced that this happens thousands of times
