iPhone 14, option for 4G/5G missing after adding eSIM

My iPhone showed 5G option in Setting -> Mobile -> Mobile data till I have only physical SIM installed. I added 5G supported eSim last week, different country, and can see the available 5G plan under Mobile -> SIM -> Mobile Plan but there is no option to enable 5G and my connection , using only eSIM for data and calls, is working on 4G (LTE) only.

The Mobile carrier supports 5G via eSIM, I have an active plan but not able to see any option to enable 5G in iPhone 14.

attached is the only option available to me.

Whether or not you see an option for 4G or 5G will depend on your carrier. If things are not working as you expect, your first call should be to the carrier.
