MacOS Ventura 13.2 buggy

Hi, Apple community

Please tell me what can be done, the application window is buggy when two windows of the same application is open. There was no such joke, before the update I noticed right after the update, so the probability that this is a hard problem is low.

Tried:

1. Log in as a different user and check, the same problem.

2. I checked the keyboard and touchbar for a short circuit, there are no short circuits

For the life of me I can not tell what application this is, and you do not say...

All applications or isolated to your example app..?

Did you try a different browser and compare your results...?

Did you try shutting down and rebooting?

Did you try a SafeBoot — How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
