i created another user id and placed on my iphone (a stupid idea). when i try to login it says apple id not active. I tried to revert to the old id doing a reset now it says iphone locked to owner, the new id, i cant use as its incorrect sign on and online it says not active. How can i revert my iphone 8 back to its original owner (my original id shows this as one of my devices)
Try to get the old account active again so you can log out using that information.
