How do you interpret your Watch HRV?
How do you interpret your HRV ? What is a good value ? The Apple watch readings aren’t very useful compared to Garmin :(

This might answer your question, "How to interpret your HRV. What is a good value?". It isn't going to pertain to any brand of watches though. They are saying that it requires specialized equipment to see.

One thing to remember...
Watches aren't for medical diagnosis, doesn't matter the brand. I'm sure that it's in the fine print for all of them.
