After installing new update 11.7.3 my Web browser safari is not working properly. i can access youtube , godaddy web sites (bytheway my job web site is domain on godaddy i cant access my web site )
i can access web on opera browser + VPN
updated safari and OS
clean cache safari
Clean flush dns
clean history safari
uninstall extension on safari
run on safe mode os
firefox chrome also not working

Is this personal equipment, or company/school equipment? VPN outside company/school environment is only useful if you are trying to hide the fact you are browsing from a specific location. Totally remove VPN and proxies unless you absolutely need it.
Why are you using VPN? Is it a company internal network? That could be messing your access altogether. See if the VPN is the problem. Unless of course this is company equipment.
First of all i cant access any site without dns setup 8.8.8.8 this solid :)
i just delet dns setup (8.8.8.8) after that i cant acces any site on safari. on this setup i can only access web on OPERA Brower + VPN
i just reinstall OS didnt change all
After installing OS i just run MacOs Recovery system i just hit safari browse help.
l can acces all websites without any lag or slowlyness.
i dont know how to change network settings. Safari can work on recovery mode ?
