All of my iPhones are still being hacked

Unfortunatly, I have a jacket/stalker who lives underneath me and EVERY phone I’ve had has been hacked. He put trackers on me when I’m out. I can’t use my phone when I’m home because he is hacking into ever phone I have how do I stop this person from hacking into my iPhone 14 with vpn, airplane mode on and everything else I can turn off or on. He NEVER leaves home and I LITERALLY have no kind of privacy.

If you feel an unauthorized person is remotely controlling or monitoring your device, then that is possible only if you have done one or more of the following Don'ts...

  1. Don't hand over an iPhone to kids or to a stranger without Enabling Guided Access
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device
  5. Don't give in to Phishing
  6. Don't plug in your device in Airports and Public places through third-party cables and trust the device. Beware of Juice Jacking. (Especially in India)
  7. Don't leave your iPhone unlocked and unattended in public places like offices, schools, malls, etc.

If one of the above is true then quickly change the Apple ID Password and Return iPhone settings to their defaults.

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

If you don't reckon what is said above is true then you have two options...

  1. Report the hacking incident that you are facing to the local law enforcement authorities and follow it up
  2. Believe it, it can't be hacked. There are people who still believe that the earth is flat and also some believe no one has ever landed on the moon. What can anyone do about that? This is a free world you can believe in anything, the choice is yours.

Thank u SravanKrA for this information but I have done none of those things for this person to get into my phone. There is a cellphone tower at the back of my building complex and I really think that’s how he’s getting in (not really sure). This person blocked my cellular signal this past Thursday. I took it to the geek squad @ Best Buy they could not figure out what was wrong so they sent me to the AT&T counter in Best Buy where I bought the phone. Those ppl could not figure it out so they referred me to the AT&T store and they could not figure out why my cellular data was blocked so I changed the number that same Thursday and I had EVERYTHING off and Friday morning I got a notification from the AT&T app that my very new number was on the black web. I was ****** to say the least. He goes through different apps and turns things on like my microphone, health, translator or find my back on. I literally have to keep my phone in airplane mode and in my rfid box in my oven when I sleep at night. I can’t enjoy my new phone I can’t talk on the phone while I’m in the comfort of my own home nor can I enjoy my life living there. Yes, I’m looking for somewhere else to live but in the mean time I’m very miserable. Again, thank you for this information. Oh and yes I’ve been to the local police several times and they say that there is nothing they can do until he puts his hands on me. Yes, I’ve gone to my building management and nothing is being done on that end. I just have to live uncomfortably until I’m gone.

Thank you KiltedTim but have done all of that. It’s just simply a cyber stalking situation and unfortunately the person who gets up and goes to work daily and lives my life by the rules has no rights but the common criminal seem to have all of rights in the world. By the way this person is not supposed to be on the property he is not and authorized tenant but the pets he lives with lies to the police and management and says that she lives alone. Thank you for your suggestions.
