Have you tried all suggested troubleshooting at If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support ?

Looks like a few people and forums are saying it's most likely caused by your computer firewall or antivirus. error code 4010 why does it keep showing - Apple Community
