Battery drain with IOS 16.0.3

I have had a 14 pro for several months and after this upgrade a few days ago, I am only getting around 3 hrs 30 min screen time per charge. Battery health shows the battery is charging to 100%.

Something very wrong here.

After EVERY iOS update, I Force Restart my iPhone, which clears things which can effect performance.

  • Press and quickly release the volume up button
  • Then press and quickly release the volume down button
  • Then press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button. Keep holding the button until the screen goes dark and keep hold it until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
  • Sign back in when prompted and see if battery life returns to normal
