i bought this i pad but the old i cloud is still there what do i do???

Without the Apple D and Password of the original owner, you will never be able to get past Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. If you cannot contact the original owner, return it for your money back. If that is not possible, you can recycle it at any apple Store. Be sure to read the link in blue above your name on this page.
