Can't find the setting to drag with 3 fingers

I used to be able to drag with 3 fingers on my old MacAir but with the new M2 I can't find it in the settings to set it up. What I'm missing here?

System Settings > Accessibility > Pointer Control > Trackpad Options…

Change Dragging Style.

3 finger drag delay I'm using a trackpad on the Mac studio. I use audio software and generally like to work quickly. Moving/adjusting audio/midi with dragging is a constant action. I enabled 3 finger drag as I much prefer that to having to "click in" and drag. But there is about a half second delay between the release of your fingers and when the cursor actually "lets go." I believe this is likely intentional, in case you "run out of trackpad" you can have time to reposition and engage again without the drop happening where you don't want, but I actually never have to do that. But I do drop and then move constantly, and with this delay, it either slows me down considerably or I screw up and forget and a clip/note is adjusted incorrectly. Is there any way (including terminal functions) to change or even better, remove this delay? I don't need it personally.

Can I double tap (not click) to drag on MacBook Air? I'm used to double tapping on my trackpad (on windows computers) to drag. For example, I double tap and keep my finger held down on the 2nd tap and highlight some text to copy. On Mac, it seems that I am forced to click rather than tap and keep my finger on the trackpad. This is so much less accurate than what I'm used to. Is there any way to enable this feature?

enable dragging in ventura trackpad When I was using Catalina I could use the trackpad to drag windows around or select text. I just needed one finger that I would tap twice quickly to start dragging or selecting. This feature I think was allowed by "enable dragging" which I could back then select in the system settings -> trackpad options. However, this option is not present now in my system settings (or at least not in the trackpad menu). Could somebody help me on how to enable this feature in Mac Ventura version 13.0. I really miss this feature. Thanks in advance.
