Favorites not showing on "my" Listen Now page. I'm able to select favs but no list shows up

I have both my Mac and iPhone updated with latest iOS and macOS versions and I have family sharing subscription to listen Apple Music.


My Apple Music app in my iPad, iPhone and Mac simply don't show the section Favorite Artists in the Listen Now page. I perfectly see the start on artists to mark them as fas, but the list simply don't show up. I see friends are listing, replays, etc... but no favorite section.


The rest of members in the family PERFECTLY see and USE the favs section ...


Can apple help me out with this bug ??? (as a paying customer.... they should... )

That would have the best information on adding and viewing favorites in Apple Music.


"How to see favorite artists in Apple Music

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. Go to Listen Now.
  3. Scroll down to Favorite Artists."

As I said already … I already did add some artists as favorites… went to listen now and scrolled down (an up… and down again) but no trace of favs list…


now how can I get support of Apple Music ??? The support app only allows requesting support for a device ??? That’s the reason I posted here … get support as a paying Apple Music customer for my issue


can you provide actual helpful support to solve this out ?
