The 'attach' function in gmail is not attaching.
I cannot Attach an attachment. Per a previous reply, I should enter some text in my email first, then attach my file. This does not work either. I keep clicking, and it does nothing.

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. Are you only having this issue with Gmail accounts or is it with multiple accounts? If it's happening with multiple accounts, you'll want to check this out as it may help to address the issue you're facing: Add attachments to emails in Mail on Mac
If this is only happening with Gmail, please try opening up webmail from Google and see if you can add an attachment there.
