How to manually archive passes when auto archive fails?

I have an expired passes added from a website, not from an app.

Though there is no date or time data in the pass details, there are date and time shown on the pass itself as you see.

After it expired, Apple wallet did not archive it for me. And I turned the auto archive on for sure.

In this case, do anyone knows how can I archive this pass? Thank you.
