my icloud backup 3.3gb but click and show zero kb and not delete backup please help

You seem to have backups and iCloud Photos turned on. You really need to upgrade to iCloud+ or turn off one of those because 5GB really is not enough.

If you tap on the 0KB backup entry do you have the option to Delete & Turn off? Tap on it.
