Hi,
I’ve seen that the issue has been highlighted before but looks like it keeps happening. For me it seems like completely broken. When I change screen time passcode, it resets to the old one. Downtime keeps switching on and off by itself. Always allowed apps keeps resetting as well. Is got two kids and it’s happening to both of them. Could you please help?

I’m having this problem too, these discussion boards are completely useless for finding a solution! I found a way to send feedback to Apple, to report it as a bug. Hopefully that will get their attention. Feedback - iPhone - Apple
Apple has been no help, and they refuse to acknowledge this is a consistent problem. I've tried everything. I always make sure all devices have up to date OS. Reset all devices. Turned off and on "Share across all devices." Changed passwords. Set them thru my phone and then through each kid's devices. Here are the things that are consistently turned off without any reason:

Content & Privacy Restrictions
Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enter your Screen Time passcode. Tap Content Restrictions, then tap Web Content. Choose Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, or Allowed Websites Only.

I presume you are referring to Screen Time Restrictions for your Child using Parental Control.
I am not clear how you set Parental Control for your Child.

Thank you. I know how to set the parental controls for my children. The problem I have is that whatever I set, it keeps resetting by itself. Also when I change the passcode, it goes back to the previous passcode after resetting where application limits and always allowed app disappear.
This is happening to me as well. Parental Controlled screen time keeps resetting. Always Allowed resets. App Limits resets. Content & Privacy Restrictions turns off. Anyone have any luck with fixing this? I've searched community forums and some have said you have to turn the parental controls off for "Share Across Devices." Help!
This keeps happening to me too. My daughter has the latest model iPad and I have the iPhone 14 pro max . But all my restrictions I have set up are completely gone after like 5 minutes. So infuriating and no one seems to have the answer or fix!
It is not clear whether you are setting Screen Time Passcode for your device or your daughter's Screen Time Passcode through your device.

Parental screen time controls do not work for me, either. Apple does not care and they disallowed 3rd party parental control apps.
