Screen time passcode keeps randomly turning off

Impossible. I took away the device and kept it overnight and observed that the passcode was turned off... only I had access to the device and she ONLY has this one device. Something else is happening here.

Yes, many times. I was sure that she is guessing it at first and kept trying all kinds of things, but now that I kept her phone over night for a few days, I can reliably confirm that the password was actually turned off via other means. I assume this is an Apple issue that may only be affecting some users. I saw other thread on this and also have heard about this issue on other Facebook parenting groups. If you are from Apple I'm happy to share my account to see if you can pull up some logs, so please let me know if there is a way to share it without sharing with everyone else :).

Highly unlikely. Also I kept her device for a few days now and that is the only device she has. Even if she found a device at school, she would not try to reset it as she knows I am keeping the device until I find a solution to this issue. The other device is of my 9 year old who is NOT tech savvy and it also happens on his device fairly consistently. I thought I was crazy there for a few months.

Passcode turn off happened while the phone was in my possession and I never entered her apple id to reset the phone. Also this happened to my younger one who would never figure out any of this. Sounds like this is widespread issue according to the thread elopu posted below.

I am not sharing an Apple ID with her. We have an iCloud family that I am admin off and she is part of. I also have another child that is using an iPad where I was able to repro the same issue.
