elcpu is confirming that you have a model for the Chinese market. It does not have eSIM capability.
Contact your carrier and have an eSIM provisioned if they indeed provide that service.
Your 11 certainly has the eSIM “chip” installed … UNLESS it’s a Chinese-market device.
What is the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model - ???
Does your cell service provider allow eSIMS? If they don't you will have to use the physical.
O'Brother . In general, the option to add the esim card does not exist .. regardless of whether the company supports the feature or not .. it is available on all devices, but there is an error in the system, and I need a solution, please
Do you have an actual physical SIMS?
Yes
Please, I want a solution. ****, Apple is a great company. Why do they have these mistakes?
How do I know if my device is from the Chinese market device
Yeah.
What did you find the problem
