Now I have lost all my music
after asking for a refund for being charged twice, they have cancelled my whole subscription, I haven’t even gotten my money back and I lost all my music. How do I deal with this?

It sounds like a refund took place of an active subscription which will cancel this if requested and advised of this expectation here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. Refunds can take up to 60 days as covered here: Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. We would recommend contacting Apple Support regarding your subscription that you intended to keep and not a refund of both charges.
