Can I use Shortcut to lock apps

Can I use the shortcuts app on my phone to lock certain apps without using the timer with no chime or adding the automation.I’ve been looking for something for ages and cannot seem to fin anything that fits my criteria.

Lock App Position Is there a way to lock app positions if not is there a way to store the current locations of your apps and have them automatically return to those locations? If nothing else is there a form where one of these solutions can be requested? Why is this not a standard feature that can be enabled? Seems simple enough yet very useful.

How can I prevent unauthorized access to Shortcuts on iPhone? I’ve set up some shortcuts via the Shortcuts app on my iPhone, locking some of my apps, for example email, photos etc, in case my phone is snatched whilst unlocked, these work well other than I can’t lock the Shortcuts app itself, so if my phone were to be stolen the thief could just go into the app and remove the shortcuts that I’ve set up. Can I lock my home screen so apps don’t get deleted by mistake? I can’t tell you how often I grab my phone and find an app suddenly missing! If I accidentally hold the phone with my finger on the screen, the phone thinks I want to adjust the apps, but I don’t. It seems that Android phones have a “lock screen” setting — does iPhone have something similar? If not, they should! Many thanks in advance.
