AirPods Pro

Since a short time I only hear from the left AirPod some kind op a continuous noise. I’ve read that Apple is/was exchanging them but can’t find where.

I’ve called a local dealer and he told me to contact Apple to ask how they can be exchanged since they were bought through the Apple online webshop.

Can sone please help me?

Airpods Gen 3 very quiet I purchased my first pair of AirPods Gen 3 about 2 years ago and a few months in they started to have audio issues on the left AirPod to the point where the sound was so quiet I could only hear audio when it was at full volume and I was in a quiet room. I took it into the istore and luckily it was under warranty and they replaced both AirPods. I am now onto my second pair and both sides are having the same problems as the last pair I got and now I only use one as the other side is too quiet, and the side that I do use only works at full volume. I tried to take them into the istore again to bring up the same problem and the only thing they could do for me was quote me on a replacement which is not included in the warranty and will cost the same amount as purchasing a new pair. Is this a common problem in these versions of the airpods or am i just very unlucky? And does anyone know a solution to this?

I have had an Airpods Pro for about a year and a half, but lately I have noticed the noise cancellation not working, crackling and static, and an increase in background sounds. I took it to the Apple store at Augusta Mall, Georgia, and they notified me that my device is not covered by warranty (only a year from the manufactory), but this issue is a recall from my specific model. Why they are trying to charge a fee close to $180.00 makes no sense to me because I paid $199 on Base (Army and Air Force Post Exchange PX), so I would like you to help me with this inconvenience. Static noise on my AirPods I went to the Apple Store for the static noice on my headphones and they were unable to assist me. I need assistance in the replacement of my airpods [Re-Titled by Moderator]
