How can I rip a auidobook physical CD to apple books in IOS 13

Now that my computer is to new to operate iTunes- I don't seem to be able to rip physical CD audiobooks directly to Apple Books. Apple books will let me drop any music files into it and it will think it is a book but there isn't an ability I can find to actually create new files from discs to add to books.

In iTunes, you simply put the disc in and change the info for sorting from 'music' to 'audiobook'

Now what do we do?
