How can you tell if AM or PM is selected on the Clock Timer. If you click on either side more than once it changes color. Which color is ON? It would be better if it would only select and did not change colors. That way you would have to choose the other side to change it. This is ambiguous! The Help instructions are no help. Thanks!

There is an AM/PM on mine as well.
If you click on either AM or PM once, it turns it selects that option. Click on it a second time and it unselects it and switches to the other one. But, regardless, whichever one is highlighted is the one that is in effect.

Dear Apple, When you design, please make it cohesive and obvious. Here you have a green number when selected. Gray and black which can turn on and off on both sides making it ambiguous. Your days of the week are all in gray making them look as if they are all selected (or not selected if you are confused by the am/pm.) Snooze selection and save are both green. Let's go with green for on in every location please. Thanks ;)
The highlight color depends on what highlight color you've selected for the system, as best I can tell. I have nothing green, just grey. And I am not at all confused. But, if you are, you may want to to go to System Settings>Appearance>Accent Color and also Highlight Color and try adjusting them.

Sorry, I had a brain mistake. I meant the Clock Alarm! I finally realized I could try Siri and it would put it on the right color. I just never use Siri! I would be great if they would not leave the choice ambiguous though. Thank you for answering something at least!
